Business Design Workshop – Terms & Conditions
By registering for the Business Design Workshop hosted by The Founder Life, you agree to the following terms:
1. Educational Purpose
The Business Design Workshop is designed to provide educational content, strategic guidance, and peer collaboration for founders and entrepreneurs. Participation in the workshop does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or financial success.
2. Payment & Registration
Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Space in the workshop is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Refund Policy
Due to limited capacity and event planning commitments, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the event.
4. Event Changes
The Founder Life reserves the right to modify the workshop schedule, speakers, venue, or format if necessary. Any such changes will not affect the overall value or purpose of the event.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, frameworks, presentations, and content provided during the event are the intellectual property of The Founder Life and may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Confidentiality & Respect for Participants
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions that take place during the workshop. Founders may share sensitive business information, and attendees agree not to disclose or use such information outside the event.
7. Photography & Media
By attending the workshop, you acknowledge that photos or video may be captured during the event and may be used by The Founder Life for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you assume responsibility for your participation and agree that The Founder Life, its organizers, speakers, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, travel disruption, business loss, or damages that may occur in connection with your attendance.
9. Code of Conduct
The Founder Life is committed to creating a professional and respectful environment for all participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
