By the world's measure she had succeeded, but she was working 90-hour weeks and missing the life the business was meant to fund. When she lost everything she'd built, she rebuilt with a different question: what if founders designed the life first? Today, through the Business Design Workshop, the Founder Friends Club and her talks, Taylor helps founders reverse engineer a business around the life they actually want. She speaks on life-first business design, redefining success and building with founder friends.
