The Founder Life Architect

The Founder Life Architect is an AI agent you will use live throughout the workshop. Every exercise happens inside it and your work saves as you go. At the end of the day it turns everything into your Founder Foundation.

  • —Complete 3 Biggest Fears and the Founder Archetype survey by the evening of Monday, October 5.
  • —Write down your Founder Archetype. It goes on your name tag at check in and we use it in the first 20 minutes.
  • —Stop there. We do the rest of the exercises together in the room, so please don't work ahead.
Start the Architect
Two exercises · 10 to 15 minutes · Progress saves as you go.

Pick three competitors

Before lunch we run a competitive analysis to find your market's price range and the gaps nobody is filling. You'll move faster if you pick your competitors ahead of time.

  • —Find at least three businesses that serve a similar client or solve a similar problem. They don't have to be identical to you.
  • —Write down their names and website URLs and keep them handy for the session, on paper, in a notes app, or in a doc you can open from your laptop.

Set up your AI tool

At the end of the workshop we show you how to turn everything you built into your own AI cofounder. If your tool is already set up, you can start that same day.

  1. 1Pick one tool and stick with it, Claude or ChatGPT, whichever you'll actually open.
  2. 2Watch the short setup video for that tool below and create a project for your business.
  3. 3Stop there. Don't upload or paste anything yet.

9am We start. Founder Archetype, Your Perfect Day, W Client and W You, Competitive Analysis.
Lunch 1 hour 15 minutes, long on purpose so you can meet people.
Afternoon Brand Heart Story, Brand Identity, pricing, launch, and building your AI cofounder.
4:30pm Wrap, then happy hour upstairs, cash bar.

We cover a lot and feeling full is normal. You get the deck, every exercise, and every AI prompt afterward. Sharing in the room is always your choice.

Your fixed monthly business expenses and your average price per client, or what you plan to charge. Rough guesses are fine. If you already run a business, think about where your clients come from today.
